Indramayu Power Plant is one of important power plant on Java – Bali electrical network. It has 3 × 300 - Megawatt electrical power capacities. The technical problem on this power plant relates to differential settlement phenomena of conveyor structure and reclaimer line. The assessment is conducted to give suggestions regarding the structural foundation improvement that lies above soft soil strata.

On this project, we use laser Total Station to find the different elevation along the reclaimer line. By the laser total station, we can draw the vertical missalignment of the reclaimer line. After that, we predict the total settlement of the soil by using Field Geotechnical Investigation and laboratory. The calculation of settlement is conducted by FEM simulation and manually. Based on the simulation, technical findings, and Our understading about the soil behavior, We can suggest repairment of the conveyor and reclaimer structure.
